A Xenia man will spend more than a decade in prison after he shot at police officers in a 2024 incident that ended with police shooting him, according to WKEF (dayton247now.com). Kyle Berry, 25, was sentenced to between 11 and 13 and a half years for two counts of felonious assault and two firearm specifications, the Greene County Prosecutor's Office said.
