Chef Anthony Jordan, known for his innovative farm-to-table cuisine at "The Rooted Spoon" in Over-the-Rhine, is taking local sourcing to a new level with his recently launched urban mushroom farm, "Mycophile Harvests." Located in a repurposed warehouse in the West End, the farm cultivates a variety of gourmet mushrooms, supplying not only Jordan's restaurant but also several other local eateries and farmers' markets.
